Cancellation Policy

At Sweet Values, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. To ensure the prompt delivery of our authentic designer products, orders are processed and prepared for shipment shortly after they are placed. Due to this expedited process, we have established the following cancellation policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Period

You have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to request a cancellation. After this 24-hour period, your order will enter our shipping process, and cancellations will no longer be possible. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order within the 24-hour cancellation period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to our customer support team at info@sweetvalues.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request" and include the following information in the body of the email:

    • Your full name and order number
    • A brief reason for the cancellation
    • Any additional details that may assist us in processing your request
  2. Timely Submission: Your cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for cancellation due to our expedited shipping process.

Confirmation of Cancellation

Once we receive your cancellation request, our customer support team will review it and respond within 1-2 business days. If your request is received within the 24-hour window, we will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Post-24 Hour Cancellation Requests

Orders cannot be canceled after the 24-hour cancellation period has elapsed. Once your order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to intercept or halt the delivery. In such cases, our standard refund and return policies will apply. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Non-Eligible Cancellations

The following situations are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Requests Made After 24 Hours: Any cancellation requests received after the 24-hour period will not be processed.
  • Shipped Orders: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Please wait to receive the item and refer to our Refund Policy if applicable.
  • Custom or Special Orders: Any orders for custom, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation once placed.
